NIKI LANIK - PROFESSIONAL RACING DRIVER

Niki Lanik welcomes all friends & fans around the globe, this is the official website of professional Austrian GT race driver, double UK Clio Cup Winter Champion, Niki Lanik. 23-year old youngster, Niki Lanik, has been racing for humanitarian and charity campaigns since the start of his racing career in 2003, and is starting to become well known world-wide for his successes.


2009 marks Niki’s next step in his racing career having decided to race international in the world-famous FIA GT3 Championship with Belgium-based race team - Prospeed Competition. Having completed on the podium twice this season in the new Porsche Cup S GT3, Niki is on his way to earning himself more credit and earning himself further steps up the racing ladder into higher GT levels. Le Mans and Daytona 24 Hours is already in debate for 2010 and 2011.


Double Porsche Win for Lanik in Portugal

FIA GT3 European Championship Rounds 7 & 8 – Algarve, Portugal

Niki Lanik stood on the podium for both FIA GT3 European Championship races at the Autódromo Internacional Algarve in Portugal after scoring two wins in the Porsche Manufacturers Cup with teammate Marco Holzer. A determined drive in the second 60-minute race by Lanik saw the 22-year-old Austrian overtake the BMW Alpina B6 of Jens Klingsmann on the penultimate lap to take 4th, equaling his best overall finish this season.
